For TechCrunch’s Disrupt SF, I was brought on by my good friend Keisuke Shingu to create a unique sequence of animations that maintained the TechCrunch brand, while playing off of the event’s location in San Francisco.

Using geographical map data and height maps, I created a physically accurate, minimalist-style rendering of the city of San Francisco. From there I created multiple camera animations exploring the different parts of the city and fused these sequences with the TechCrunch branding elements. The resulting visual content was displayed during keynote presentations and as branded screen content throughout the 3-day event.
